Reservation Policy: Submitting this form does not guarantee a table at the show. Please be aware that your spot is not officially reserved until we have notified you that your application has been approved and your payment has been successfully recorded.
Refund Policy: All table fee payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a table is paid for and locked in, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or any other vendor-initiated changes.
Deadlines: Table fees must be paid within [Insert Number, e.g., 48 hours] of approval notification, or the spot may be offered to the next vendor on the waiting list.
The Big Disclaimer: The Malone Sports Cards and Collectibles Show, its organizers, venue staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged inventory, equipment, or personal effects before, during, or after the event.
Vendor Responsibility: Vendors bear sole responsibility for the security of their tables. We highly recommend never leaving your table unattended. If you must step away, please ensure a trusted helper is watching your inventory.
Substance Policy: Absolutely no alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs may be brought into the site. Vendors found violating this policy will be removed by security without warning. Additionally, all venue-specific smoking, tobacco, and vaping regulations remain strictly intact and must be followed at all times.
Animal Policy: Animals are not allowed on site—an exception is made for official service animals.
Punctuality: All vendors must be completely set up by [Insert Time, e.g., 8:30 AM]. Late arrivals may forfeit their table without a refund.
No Early Packing: To maintain a professional atmosphere for paying attendees, vendors are required to keep their tables intact until the official closing time of [Insert Time, e.g., 4:00 PM].
Space Constraints: Vendors must keep all inventory, displays, and chairs within their designated table boundaries. Do not block the aisles or encroach on neighboring tables.
Personal Hygiene & Odor Policy: To ensure a professional, family-friendly, and welcoming environment for all attendees and neighboring vendors, proper personal hygiene is required. Strong or disruptive odors—including, but not limited to, the distinct scent of tobacco smoke, cannabis, or alcohol—are strictly prohibited on the show floor.
Zero Tolerance: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for physical or verbal altercations, harassment, or abusive language toward staff, attendees, or fellow vendors.
Fair Play & Etiquette: “Poaching” customers who are actively looking at or negotiating at another vendor’s table is strictly prohibited. Aggressive “hawking” (shouting into the aisles to grab attention) is not permitted.
Ejection Policy: Management reserves the absolute right to remove any person whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unprofessional, or unsafe. Ejected vendors will not receive a refund for table fees.
No Counterfeits/Unlabeled Reprints: All items offered for sale must be authentic. Knowingly selling counterfeit items, fake autographs, or altered cards without explicit disclosure is strictly prohibited.
Reprints & Customs: Any reprint, custom card, or proxy item must be clearly and prominently labeled as such. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the show.
Artwork and Handcrafted Items: Vendors are prohibited from selling any AI-generated artwork. Only original, handcrafted, or artist-created items are allowed for sale.
Raffles and Gambling: No for-profit raffles, lotteries, or games of chance are allowed.
Taxes and Licensing: Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable local and state sales tax.
